Ah, that sounds perfectly logical, of course they wouldn't. Now why didn't I think of that?! ;D
Best regards, Kevin

However, if a blossom was emasuclated, and not bagged, what woudl prevent it from being crossed? There's still always a chance of it outcrossing Kevin, but by emasculating the blossom you are removing what attracts pollinating insects. Just like you can't get MORE pregnant if you are already pregnant, if you did it right, it can't get MORE pollinated.

Hullo tomato folks. As a noobie here, just hours old, I certainly have no credibility, but I'd be willing to do some seed swapping, if someone were willing to risk the price of a stamp... Hmmm... maybe I should simply mail a self-addressed stamped envelope... yeah. At any rate, what I'd LIKE are some Tommy Toe seeds that have been growing well in the fungus infested soils of the Southeast US. A few Maxicort seeds would interest me as well. I don't need many. I am just a hobby gardener. I possess viable seeds of about 12 types, but not in great quantity. Perhaps I could interest someone in a few top grafting tubes? I see chat here about Sudduth BW. I ordered some "Cowlick" Brandywine last year ... but those seeds, like several others may have been damaged by the cold through the snail mail. Only got 3/25 to germinate, and all were rather scrawny.
