I found this site while looking into trace minerals: www.soilminerals.com/information.htmIt is always wise to get a soil test before supplementing. Mine was free from the Ag. Experiment Station. Keep in mind that trace minerals are only required in very small amounts by plants. applying too much can cause problems to your garden, water supply, or aquatic life downstream.

Looks like an awfully good site, swamp. Interesting that Bordeaux's main action is NOT as an anti-fungal, but as an immine booster. It always seems to come around to the immune system, doesn't it? In plants, humans, whatever...and often deficiencies that affect immunity. Worth noting, it's recommended here to make copper sulphate solution and hydrated lime solution seperately, then combine before use. I've always found it a pain-in-the-ass to get a solution of Bordeaux to pass through a strainer, let alone manage to spray it without clogging the sprayer, this method described would help greatly. I wonder when the copper content of the soil would become detrimental...at some point it surely would. Maybe used as recommended, it would bind with other elements and be relevantly inert.
