I had an amish melon that i started, someone sent me 2 seeds, which sprouted and they both died, that was one i really wanted to try.

They only had 2 seeds to share? It's always the one that is least obtainable that seems to be a failure. I just googled Amish melon and see some small seedhouses, Reimers and Seed Savers Exchange as sources for these. Meanwhile, if it's the type (oval, deeply ribbed) that you are looking for, I can send you some Old Timey Tennessee Melon seeds for this year. Let me know. I'll get them in the mail tomorrow.
