Ciao all-
I'd like some recommendations for your favourite Asian cookbooks. Cookbooks that also include how to grow the vegetables would be a plus. I'm most interested in techniques and flavour combos. Bob, if you're reading this, I know you have some good ones to share here.
I'm quickly becoming buried in the bounty of my Asian garden and have spent the morning looking up other things to do with my pac choi and tatsoi. Help!

I prefer the books by Andrea Nguyen and Eileen Yin-Fei Low for Viet and Chinese cooking. Hiroko Shimbo does excellent Japanese cook books. These three books all focus on making traditional recipes with American ingredients.

I want to add a note here in regards to Chinese cooking:
If a true Chinese recipe calls for 'Parsley', they are referring to cilantro.
