I was so happy when I heard this news....Finally....The world is informed now! I understand that going thru the deep south, is somewhat out of the way...he-heh....However, if that Spudobus Traveler somehow loses its navigater and ends up in Mississippi....lol? Great job guys....and Dean and Rev and his massive team are some of the most heartfilled, companions on the face of the earth for doing this! Taking in Spud, to your region, and seeing that his works live on, its a very Admiral thing to do! Im so proud for you guys.....kinda brings tears to my eyes! Good Luck on the trip Dean/Rev.....I hope to see photos on this adventure... What growers, out there, anywhere, would do this for somebody??? Big time Welcomes and may the Force be with you! God Speed, and my prayers are with you!

He's actually agreed to leave the warmth and sunshine of the Southwest for one of those long-haired hippie communes in N. Michigan? Or does he know that he's moving yet? ;D Have a safe journey and send postcards

I'm letting my hair and beard grow to keep warm and so I "fit in" that long-haired hippie commune in N. Michigan in the Arctic....actually its a going home of sorts for me, as I lived in Michigan in the late 60s. The trip will be about 1900 miles one way and take us 3-4 days counting the detours to see some other members of the brotherhood in KS and IN. Looking forward to the journey and I'll take plenty of pics of the trip.
The New Spuddy.....reborn again to grow more spudleafs in My new greenhouse. It will give me that much more work to do, breeding more delicious spudleaf tomatoes 24/7/365..,, I need a 48 hour day !!!!
The northbound trip is tentatively set to begin about or on Dec. 12 0r 13 depending how fast Rev's land yacht gets here, My brain is racing with new ideas, cant wait !!
Look for some great things to happen next year as I begin my partnership with P.K.S Heirloom Tomstos and Seeds.
Spud

I guess you can look at it this way, we have snow for about5 months, but down south it is so hot you dont want to be outside much anyway for about an equal period, to hot? to cold?. Beleive me, it gets hot up here in the summer. Somtimes I only work till 11, and then come in. and go back out at about 4 or 5.

I hate the heat. Anything over the low 80's is too hot. So how much snow is ALOT of snow. We've gotten over a foot in the last 2 days. In my town, that's not that much. lol We got 48 inches one time. That was alot of snow. ;D
