Ingredients: One dead deer, {can be from the side of the road. Or takin by suprise}
Drag deer to well hidden part of property. Find big blow down. Bury. Marinade ( Urinate frequently and turn) bury again. Let simmer for a couple weeks. When the flesh has a well aged smell, unbury and serve.
MMMMMM mmmm!! I can Bearly wait!!!
Don't forget to crack those bones for the marrow, and other tasties lodged and or breeding in there!!

When I first saw this thread yesterday i thought it was a joke in bad taste. What was the point other than to turn some stomaches ??!!
Then on the way to check the moisture on our grain, we saw a fresh road kill. Big nubby buck. We contacted the local sheriff to take care of the legal stuff and took it home.
My flock of barn cats will be eating well for at least a week. None of that ageing tho.

And this was a natural occurance that actually happened. I doubt Ursula will ever be a threat to the folks at foodnetwork, but she does have that Jenasequex...... ;D
