4 lbs small cucumbers Dill Heads Garlic Cloves peeled (optional) 3 cups water 3 cups vinegar 5 TBSP Pickling Salt
Scrub the Cucumbers, then soak in ice water overnight.
Meanwhile, sterilize your jars and lids. In a saucepan, heat to boiling the Water, Vinegar and Pickling salt. Pack the cucumbers into the Hot Sterilized jars. Add the Hot Pickling solution, dill heads and garlic. Put Hot lids on the jars and leave them overnight to Seal. Note: No need to process in a boiling water bath, but the jars, pickling solution and lids must be hot when filling to create the proper seal.
