This is disturbing en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrier_IQ"On December 1, 2011, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile confirmed it was on their phones. Sprint said, "We collect enough information to understand the customer experience with devices on our network and how to address any connection problems, but we do not and cannot look at the contents of messages, photos, videos, etc., using this tool...The information collected is not sold and we don't provide a direct feed of this data to anyone outside of Sprint." Verizon was the only one of the four biggest U.S. firms to say it was not installed on their phones.""Apple, HTC and Samsung said the software was installed on their phones."

However, if a blossom was emasuclated, and not bagged, what woudl prevent it from being crossed? There's still always a chance of it outcrossing Kevin, but by emasculating the blossom you are removing what attracts pollinating insects.

I never bag emasculated blossoms. I don't really see a need for it.

Thanks Jay. No, I simply prefer smooth leaf and slow bolting and also like to harvest young.

I suppose in this respect, the breeders of "Dora" were selecting for taste first, phenotype later. Kevin, Mule is the breeder of both Dora and Gary'O Sena(correct spelling). Both varieties were stabilized from lines developed from an original cross of Cherokee Purple and Brandywine. There are no different "lines" of either out there because Mule makes certain that the variety is fully stabilized before naming and releasing it to the public. Unlike some others who name and distribute seed long before being stable. If you wanted to, you could conceivably create and stabilize an infinite number of genetically different varieties from one simple cross of two open pollinated parents.

Does anyone have any true "Gary O'Sena" seeds from Mueller's line? Kevin/John, I already packaged up seed for Gary'O Sena and have it in your envelope. Just holding off trying to think of more varieties to add to your order. I have about 8 so far. ;D

What is your favorite spinach variety. I like a smooth leaf spinach. I've tried Space and its been my favorite so far. Wish there was a similar OP variety.

I can send you brandywine sudduth. Its one of my favorites and I grow it every year. Spudakee is the PL version of CP with better production and flavor just as good. Only other I can recommend is Lucky Cross but it does not produce well. Flavor is outstanding though.
