There is a new tomato out from Glecklers called O'Sena Green. This a supposedly a Large green when ripe RL. I am not sure if it is from Gary O Sena Dark because there is not much info listed. They do say this is one of thier favorites, but not to much else. I am always on the lookout for new stuff to add to my collection so I purchased some and will be growing this one out this year. If it is anything like the dark vesion, it will be a winner. Any added info as always will be welcomed.

Picture and description from Glecklers Indeterminate, regular leaf, mid-season. Plants produce a good amount of 8-16 oz green beefsteak fruits. One of our favorite greens. Attachments:

That shinny deep red/black color, just catches the eye. Why does Jt say there are no green O senas?....Lefty just pointed out the Gleckler info, of which I read this a few weeks back....

I beleive JT didn't say there were no greens, I think he was saying there were no Dark ones. And he was probabley not aware of Glecklers green, and we still don't know if it is out of Gary O Sena. Tania has it listed Purple/Black. It may have to do with enviroment also.

Darth, The Gary O' Sena's I grew last year looked just like yours in color and shape. Would have to check seed source. Jay

* A regular leaf offtype that appeared in a growout of Gary'O Sena by Millard ? (winterfly) in the mid-2000s. Subsequent F2 growouts showed red paste fruits and green fruits. * May not be 100% stable yet.
Hmmm....
