This is another Brad Gates creation, PL, little pear/plum shaped, black/purple. It tastes fantastic. This pic is from later season harvest and the fruits are abit irregular. This PL plant loads up. Attachments:

Bammer - here's a fruit from a PL F2 plant from the cross (Boar's Hoof x Scabitha). I also like Boar's Hoof, but it was pretty late for me. This F2 family segregated for the freckled/scab trait from Scabitha. Attachments:

I talked to Brad recently, and he said some of these are the same tomato. He didn't say which ones though but I suspect maybe Haley's P Comet, and Evan's P Pear maybe and possibly Boar's Hoof. I am not sure, he wasn't specific.

I had all three in 2009, boars hoof and Evans PP were indistinguishable. Late, but with very good plant health, and tasty fruit. Haley's had much smaller fruit, and had disease problems all summer I talked to Brad recently, and he said some of these are the same tomato. He didn't say which ones though but I suspect maybe Haley's P Comet, and Evan's P Pear maybe and possibly Boar's Hoof. I am not sure, he wasn't specific.
