I know we want to be different from the other guys, but I had a few relevant suggestions. I think an invention section would be a good thing and a recipe section. I know we would like to keep the clutter down, but they are just suggestions. Darth

I have to agree with Darth about a recipe/cooking section as I love cooking as much as I love tomatoes...maybe more, just maybe! Camo

Why are we limited to 1 photo when the limit is 1200kb's. Most resized photo's are 200 kb's or less. Ami

Max attachment size is 1mb and I only have space for 100mb of photos total. You best bet is to find a free hosting site as there are many around the web to host your photos and then hotlink to them in the post body with the tags.

How about just "After the Harvest" or Beyond the Harvest" or " So You've Harvested, Now What?" or my favorite to encompass all " In the Kitchen" T

I can post a link , but adding the manually or with the picture frame gizmo does not work ... I tried both from my BLOG and from I-Dig , both valid off-site sources for hosting photos ... see the last few posts in the "Avatar won't load" thread ...

Ciao all- I humbly suggest we have a critters section where we can post photos of pets, wildlife, garden pests aka food sources for DLD.. Maybe also a Preserve the Harvest section for canning, drying, salt-curing, freezing, oil/vinegar infusing.. Finally, maybe an herbs section which may or may not fall under 'other veggies' but I'm sure just about all of us here grow them and use them in our cooking.. Thoughts? Slams? Tomato-throwing?

Ummmm....no. I do not want this place to look like other forums with 50 different boards that don't get used. All of your suggestions can be put in either the Kitchen Korner board or the off-topic board. I already may have added one or two boards too many.

I know this is my 2nd posting, but maybe some way to look at the new posts for the day. I find it easier to keep up with the forum this way. Maybe you already have this feature, and I don't know how to work it? Thanks, Sammiek.

If you look at the bottom red title bar underneath the off topic discussion boards and above the "info center" you will see a button on the right for "view posts since last visit". Also, in the info center section you will see the "20 most recent posts". Hopefully that helps.
