Special Tomatoes (crosses and/or mutations):
Sweet White - a mutation of Sweet Gold OP, yellow skin turned clear, resulting fruits are 'white', not sure of stability yet
White Beauty Cherry - seeds were saved from the smallest cherry looking fruit on a regular White Beauty plant very late in the season and regrown this year. All fruits on both plants this year were cherry sized, so a somatic mutation must have occurred.
Green Velvet Plum - must have gotten crossed seeds, as one of the plant planted as Green Velvet threw out plum (bomb) shaped tomatoes with clear skin and pink splotches. Have plenty seeds for anyone who would like to stabilize this...
Old German Heart - Original seeds from TGS (2007) were planted, all plants had normal fruits, one had heart shaped fruits similar to Orange Russian 117, only smaller and tasted way better. Saved seeds from three fruits...
Isis Baby - Planted Isis Candy seeds, all plants had normal fruits, this one had much smaller fruits of lighter color and great sweet flavor. The plant looked identical to the other ones, so did the flowers, but fruits were about the size of 'Matt's Wild Cherry' for comparison. Still not sure about stability, will be growing it again next year as I really liked this one...
Iva's Pink Russian - came out of a Black Russian plant with one branch of pink fruits a few years ago and seems to be stable as I've grown it several times. What's interesting about this on is that it still has that 'black' taste although it is completely pink...
Iva's Red Berry - stabilized from a cross between Sungold (not the hybrid, it was already F2 or F3 when I bought it at Ebay) and a self seeded Supersweet 100 (so that one was F2 too). I played with crossing that year (2003) and the resulting fruits of this cross were orangey red cherries, red being stronger and very sweet plus productive. Seems to be stable as I've been growing it since then (either me or my friends) and it hadn't noticeably changed...
Thanks for looking
PS:
When sending seeds to Slovenija, please fill out a custom form (the green little thingy you get at the post office) stating you are sending vegetable seeds as a gift. That way they get to me much quicker as they don't get stuck at the customs waiting for checking...
