Microsoft Security Essentials. I used to use AVG but it is getting to be a bit of a pain. I usually don't like anything to do with Billy Gates outfit, but MSE works well, and is free, which covers the two main things I ask in software.

Norton is terrible. Talk about resource hogs. So is mcafee. I use AVG Free primarily on all of my machines. Works perfectly.
U get that W7 problem fixed?

Much better than Norton(which I have used) or McAfee(ditto). AVG will catch stuff Norton can't touch. JMO, Tom

Thata funny pic there John! ;D But check out this site... anti-virus-software-review.toptenreviews.com/And heres another one... www.all-internet-security.com/top_10_antivirus_software.htmlNorton is still rated pretty well.... Some of our best Computer Techs at my company use this... And they are sent to training school every 6 months... I understand, we can do this all day and night....and by the time you read this....Something else will be better than what we all have.... We just had 1 year with Kaspersky....Its now Expired, so our ISP has the new 2011 Norton....(included in my monthly bill) Good to keep up with this, and thanks for the helpful reads...

What do you guys use to protect your computer from viruses and malware? After years of paying for McAfee our computer expert across the street canceled our account and we now use COMODO, downloadable for free.
