The green stripes on the orange background is an attractive combination. I hope to have the tangerine with green stripes available next summer if I can get my F1 cross I made in the greenhouse late this fall selfed this spring in time to plant the F2 to the field. It would be interesting to see what the homozygous gf gene in combination with the homozygous t gene would look like. I am thinking it it might be an unattractive muddy yellowish brown.

I'm guessing since you didn't comment on it, the flavor was not outstanding?

Can someone explain to me please, what gene/genes are responsible for the variances seen in seed cell divisions? Some tomatoes, when cut, (primarily the smaller varieties), displace very little division, perhaps one divider wall, creating two inner halves, as the photos above of the Apricot tomato display. Others, (primarily larger types) create far more divider walls, sometimes resembling a cross section of a grapefruit. Are their certain gene types which are seen to be dominant, or is it environmentally affected?

I don't know what it is, but if mule will hold it still for a while, I'll try to kill it with my hoe.

I don't get a chance to post here very often, but I do appreciate how you have kept us informed on what you are doing. You keep the bar high for us amateurs.
I can't thank you enough for your dedication to answering questions and pretty much helping anyone that asks.
You are a class act Keith.
