Hello!
I live in WI and I'm in Zone 4. My short growing season can be challenging at times, but I enjoy eating and growing tomatoes of all kinds. I'm not in it to have the largest seed collection...my interest lies in being self sufficient and growing tasty tomatoes, beans, corn, etc.

Welcome Mr Greenjeans! Where in Wisconsin are you? I live in Minnesota, south of the twin cities, about 40 miles. Same zone, same obstacles.
Regards, Kevin

Welcome Mr Greenjeans, What are some of you favorite tomatoes? Hi Swampr. I tend to like tomatoes that have great taste. These four come to mind at the moment: KBX, Eva Purple Ball, JD's, and Terhune.

I went to a tractor swap meet in Le Sueur two years ago. I was captivated by the rich soil on some of the farms there...much like parts of Illinois. My trip was complete when I saw the GG sign ;D
