Hi everybody, My first post here, but not my last. I am new here, but belong to a lot of other tomato boards. I have been growing tomatoes for most of my adult life, so over 40 years (I'm 65 this year) and have apparently become an addict. Last year was a bad one for me.... I had about 65 tomato plants in the ground and harvested 1 Carbon(wonderful taste and early), a couple of Kimberlys, and a few Sungold. My total crop devastated by blight. So I am hoping for better this year(how could it be worse??, I'm sure there's a way). I still plan to get 60+ plants in the ground with about 30 varieties. I'm still after the perfect tomato(for me). I'll be talking to many of you here I am sure. Happy Gardening, Tom

Just thought I would add my voice here in the Cranberry thread since i'm in the other big cranberry state, Wisconsin.
I just joined after reading about this board on another board. So this is where some of those I know on other boards have disapeared to. I recognize plenty of the names here.
I can also add to your tomato addiction as I have about 300 this year and should have close to 500 available by next year.

Welcome Tom. I had a similar result in CT last year. Let's hope for a warmer drier climate this year!
