Welcome to Tomato Garden, Busybee I bet, since you're from SW Florida, that you planted all these veggies Outdoors, not in little pots next to the fireplace like I did. I'm soooo jealous. I wish our spring would arrive...

Hi busybee! We're all here to learn, so don't be shy, ask anything you want. You'll have fun in the process, I'm sure! Oh, and all of us love to see pictures, please post some if you can.

Hi all and thank you for the warm welcome's! Well let's see more about my garden, hmm. Well it's a garden in containers. We pretty much use any container we can, ie: old cat litter containers (the ones that the cat litter comes in that is plastic not the one's the cat's do their business in) We use 5 gal buckets, (we got some of these from bakeries in grocery stores in our area, they give them away for free) So the cost of our gardening hasn't been that steep. We have bought a few seeds and my lovely SIL sent me all kinds of seeds in the mail (but I am always looking for more for the price of SASE) My husband and I planted it about a week ago. When I get a chance I will post some pictures of the ton's of containers all over our porch! Yes, Bluelace everything is planted outside! But please don't be jealous we would give anything to live where there were 4 seasons instead of rain or sunshine! But I guess Florida and other states in the south are very garden friendly which is a plus.
