Hello. I started truly growing tomatoes last year as that was my first year with heirlooms. Last year I planted 40 plants. This year will be about 45 plants. Way more than my small family needs, but I share with friends and church members. Gardening feeds my soul. My husband says it it cheaper than therapy ;D I started out with a small garden 2 yrs ago and now have a 45' x 45'. Need to go now as my princess just woke up and I "need" to go rock her back to sleep.

Welcome Michelle. Only your second year gardening and already you've increased the size of your garden by 25sf? Just think of all the extra that you can fit in there?
And I agree with your husband. Nothing better than working in your garden to soothe the soul. Best Therapy that I know of.
