Some years I grow soy beans, but many are grown commercially in my area so are not worth the space taken in the homd garden. But I do use them as indicated.. I eat a bowl of soy beans daily for breakfast and have been doing so for about 40 years. So far no reaction to soy in any form. I notice bought soy beans are covered with some type of preservative which appears like soap when washed. I boil them for about 10 minutes before processing in any form and throw out the water, and rinse well. I have made all types of preparation of soy, but now only use the cooked and blended variety, since my view is why not eat all, without too much preparation. I also eat edamame when available. Note: Cashews always give me a death dealing headache. I blamed it on the preservatives used to keep the cashews fresh. Here are my various home methods. www.durgan.org/URL/?LNWXO Making Soy Milk www.durgan.org/URL/?Natto Natto Making at Home www.durgan.org/URL/?SLINC Making Tofu www.durgan.org/URL/?HQSOJ Processing soy beans. This is my preferred method.

Hey Man! All necessary protein is available with little effort. From my observations of the physique of many North American, men and women, they had better make drastic changes in the food ingested.

Give me collards greens and bacon. Excellent, if you cut the bacon.
