I see a lot of faces here that I know. I've sandbagged a bit in the past couple of months, but haven't formally dropped in before this, because I was a bit on the busy side yet. Still don't have this years seed list quite ready = I'm waiting on germination trials for squash seeds before I post anything anywhere, but it should be very soon now. As Darth may have told you, I am in the process of sending him the contents of my seed bank, approx 550 varieties. I know they will be in good hands. I see that Dave has already announced my good news = at this time I will only say that the adventure continues, and it is a real blast for both Shaoling and myself. I have had two western style meals since she arrived in my life, and have become proficient with chopsticks. She is about to have her first western Christmas, andis living through her first experience with below freezing temperatures, and snow. Her first impression of snow = "I like it". Her third impression of snow and a shovel = "it is pretty - over there." My sentiments exactly.

Welcome Dan and Shaoling,
Glad to see you finally joined. You will like it here.....no fighting and backstabbing....only serious tomato (and other veggies) talk. Please chime in with your tomato expertise, Again my friend, a hearty welcome to you and Shaoling
Oh yes, the first packet of your seeds arrived at Deans safely, He is all excited about them. Thanks again for having trust in him as he will be a good caretaker of the collection. Darth and Rev are here in NM right now to take me back to MI with them to live permenently
