I know it's kinda early to be thinking about, at least up here in south central Pa. but for those that want to follow along...it's time to gather your various gourmet sea salts, peppercorns, creole seasonings, salad dressings and don't forget to stock up on that bacon! Those familiar with Camo's taste tests will want to have their pink sea salt and Zatarain's creole seasoning handy as they try those Amazon Chocolates or Cowlick Brandywines. After all, what's the sense in biting into Dana's Dusky Rose or Lillian Maciejewski's Poland Pink or Barlow Jap if you don't have a little touch of Himalayan Pink or Apricot colored Murray River to sprinkle on it. What's Sandul Moldovan or Brandywine-Glicks without bacon...just a tomato! So prepare that pantry so you'll be ready for that first JD's Special C-Tex or Shannon's South African Mystery Black or Tarasenko6. ;D Camo

Because I am so into BBQ, there is a seemingly endless supply of spice mixes sitting on the counter. We shall see what happens with tomatoes this year.
