Here is a look at Pap's Cherokee Tiger first fruits, The plant is 3 foot tall and has the chartreuse foilage, unfortunatley it isnt what we are looking for. Blane has the correct ones that are showing the rugose chartreuse foilage and the correct size. These are still nice plants. Notice the nippled fruits, not sure if Pap expected this?

G'Day Blane! I've seen nothing to indicate that you didn't have a heart!

I'm not surprised that the fruit is elongated as the dwarf parent has plum or grape shaped fruit.
Also, I'm not surprised that plum shapes occasionally show nipples in cooler weather. Time will tell if the shapes are nippled or heart shaped throughout the season.
And yes, the F1 had faint tiger stripes and juicy, blood red pulp. So, I guess that would give you tiger blood.

I know that these are completely different but when I look at this I thought... Kozula #? It is definitely an eye-catcher in my opinion

Blane: Looks to me like the fluted one was a megabloom = which would explain the "fluting" = just the usual megabloom distortion.

Looking forward to seeing the average size of the tomatoes on that plant, Blane. Also hoping for good flavor and some nice color. Size of that one surprises me.

can one make blood of a tiger juice with them? Only if you have Adonis DNA. Adonis just happens to be a Polish (pink, determinate) tomato variety.

Very, very nice Darth. They look scrumptious.
Are these considered "round" or "heart"?
