He's versatile Blane. We have varieties that were developed for drought conditions, and Pie is workin' on one that he can grow along side rice. He's going to call it Black Zebra Tiger Rice Gold.

Ya know, I think Pie has something for us here- We can learn of whats to become of flooded plants, Im curious on how long they will be submerged like this.

They are going to start to root ! On the stems I once had that happen to me when I planted to much to close together the plants did well and produced alot, 2 plus roots out of the round and all. But yes pics and more details would be great.

That's sickening. I had my backyard garden flood like that two years in-a-row in the 90s. I dug channels and a hole for a sump pump and saved my plants. What a mess...
