Hey Good Folks, Seems like quite a gathering of interested and interesting gardeners in here! I'm from Piedmont area of North Carolina and have been gardening for over 30 years. But me thinks a good 25 years were "gardening 1 year 25 times" So I have lots to learn and look forward to doing so! And I will gladly share what little I do know! Gardening is life. Life is gardening. When sharing both -Life is good! Grow it Forward! T

Thanks for the warm welcome folks! I can't for the life of me think of anything I don't like to experiment and grow, well maybe not bermuda or crabgrass ;D But, at present I have very little growing area so many space consuming plants such as corn and melons are on hold until I confirm "borrowing" some space in a farmer friend's large garden. My total growing area equals out to 6' x 90' of two main raised beds and a bunch of containers, tubs, deck pots and where ever else I can cram something in! And I do indeed believe I was actually born with "dirt under my nails" T

TimothyT, I missed welcoming you as I think you beat me here! I am glad to see you on here! For those that don't know, although many here do, TimothyT is conducting an experiment with other growers around the country and up into Canada, where they're growing Cowlick's Brandywine, Spudakee, and Indian Stripe. I hope you keep us posted on the result's here too! Especially since many of the participant's are showing up here also. Camo
