This is one of the most beautiful tomatoes besides Everetts Rusty Ox-heart. These are bronze colored and actually kinda glow. They were a gift from Spud, he saw them at Tanias and said "Yep, Darth needs that". Hehe

Just to be a bit contrary, but I don't think the name Aker's West Virginia should be used when there's been a cross that has led to a so called black tomato b/c it's no longer Aker's West Virginia. This has been discussed elsewhere about this variety and the name along with the names given to other varieties that no longer represent what the original variety is and should be. Riesentraube Yellow? That's OK with me b'c it resulted from a somatic mutation, not a seed DNA one, that affected just ONE fruit on a plant with all typical red fruits and is identical in all ways except for the fruit color, to the original Risentraube. There are lots of other examples I could cite. Just something to think about especially for those who are breeding their own varieties but also for those who find natural crosses and go on to genetically stabilize something from those natural crosses. As far as I know, the dark one and "regular" Aker's West Virginia are RL and not PL, and Amideutch sent me seeds for "Linda's Faux", which is aka Aker's West Virginia PL.

If there are any other seeds you would like Gunnar, please ask me first! I have many different cultivars. I will do just that, but for this season I have plenty of seeds, bought and from Kozula, yourself, Ami, Frogsleap, Spud, Smellycat etc. etc., and I'm also going to grow poatoes, peppers, pumpkins, beans and other vegetables.
