Wow!!! All I can say is one slice of this big plum type tomato and you will be hooked!! They are far and away much better than San Marzano or Roma. Nice tomato with a great flavor which is the right balance of acidic and sweet.And the fine flavor lingers for a while.I am confident they would make a fine pasta sauce or salsa and also a good topping for homemade pizza.This is what an Italian tomato should taste like.

How giant is it Kev?? Is it as big as an oxheart?? I had a few really big oxhearts..I am looking for huge paste that are prolific.. ind.

Would love to, but don't have the seeds ;D My Giant Italian Paste got killed by late blight before I could harvest any ripe fruits, so I just held on to some fully grown green ones in hope they will turn red in time. I know the taste can't be the same as vine ripened fruits but maybe it will still be good enough to eat...
