It was not stable. So that was that. Carolyn In 2011 I'll be growing Utyonok from Carol/Sunflower and whatever is a dwarf of the Czech Vilma and Polish Ola Polka, but if my greenhouse gets finished, I may grow more dwarves, Tania has a nice selection including Shtambovyi Kartofelnolistnyi 1648, Pertsevidnyi Polosatyi and Spiridonovskie.

PV, I will happily give you seed. I'm going to be sorting through my seeds in the next week. I still have some original seed you sent me too.

Utynok a couple days ago. I'll see what it looks like next year, but it is quite impressive with so much fruit and little leaves.

Gunnarsk:
The foliage is less than it was a while ago. I cut off some of the foliage because of a fungal leal disease-I think it was rusts disease.

That is a unique looking plant. Have you tried the fruit yet?

John:
Yes, the taste for a small yellow/gold dwarf is very good. I am out of town right now, so cant measure, but my recollection is the plant is only about 18 inches tall.
Gunnarsk:
I learned about the variety from Andrey, and got my seed from him. Its just about his favorite dwarf!

Hey Md, can you show pics of your set up? I am very curious, as you can see in The Arctic Experiment thread, we are trying to winter grow in the greenhouse.

I am out of town right now, but will post some stuff when I get back next week. Basically, I have a hobby greenhouse from Texas Greenhouse Company. Its about 8 feet tall, 8 feet wide and 17 or 20 feet long. I use a stealth ro and a 65 gallon tank to make sure the water is pure (our water is very salty). I usually use 5 gallon containers on a drip line.
The photo of utynok is not in a 5 gallon container. Its in a coir product.

Fer my two cents, inasuch as I'm just setting back up after a move and yet another retirement. A couple years grace between trials of dwarf Project and larger grow outs be that from seed house grown seed or outta tomatoville will be welcome by me.
I've also gotta sort out what Athen (OH) CFI can actually use of my industry.
More gossip as I get some.

Here is Al-Khuffa picked today, 11/20/2010. Great variety, in my opinion. Looking forward to growing this one during my summer. Photo didn't load.
