Ciao Penny-
You've got some of Duane's favourites on your list. The Golden Cayenne and Lemon Drop he especially likes for drying and making powders for adding to marinades and rubbing into meat for the grill. If you haven't already tried growing the Lemon Drop, it's quite prolific and does indeed have a lemon flavour to it. He's been wanting to grow the Peach Hab for a few years now, so thanks for those seeds and we'll have to compare notes on that one. I'm keen to see how your Espelette does. Duane's got seeds for that one, but I'm the cook and I'm not sure what to use those in. I put ornamentals like Little Elf in with my pickles to give them some zip. Be sure to post photos of your plants!

I was fortunate in seed trades and got these. I never heard of half of them, so any imput on taste would be nice.
Bolivian Rainbow Red peter pepper Yellow Peter peper Trifetti Jigsaw Black Pearl Chicken Heart Martins Carrot Red Fresno Bhut Jolokia Beaver Dam Lemon Drop Black Jalepeno Tam Jalepeno Black Hungarian Trinidad Doug Lah Romanian Hot Round Cherry Bomb Rain Forest Royal Black Alma Paprika Frigitello Red Marconi Jimmy Nardelo Sweet Tolli's Jin Jao #3 Topepo Rosso Serrano Chile Balloon Peper Hungarian Hot
